[ A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIR ]

As Fiscal Year 2026 concluded the second year of Missouri Partnership’s three-year Strategic Plan, the organization delivered strong progress against its long-term goals. Most notably, Missouri achieved an unprecedented level of announced capital investment, led by major data center projects from Nebius, Google, and Amazon.

These results came during a period of significant change in the market and heightened community attention on an industry that will help shape the future technology economy. The Missouri Partnership team responded well. They adjusted their approach, pursued new opportunities with discipline, and continued to support the traditional business recruitment work that remains central to Missouri’s economic growth.

Looking ahead to Fiscal Year 2027, Missouri Partnership will continue to use the strategies that have proven effective while adopting new tactics to better serve clients, communities, and partners. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to recognize the team for its focus, flexibility, and commitment to strengthening Missouri’s competitiveness for business investment.

Sincerely,

Craig Unruh

President AT&T Missouri and Arkansas
Chair, Missouri Partnership Board of Directors
